Privacy Policy

PK Eats ("we", "us") lets you order food, pay with a PK Eats balance and track your order at pkeats.com and in the PK Eats Discord server. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details. If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture. If you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username and avatar. We never receive your Google or Discord password.
• Orders. The restaurant, items, prices, pickup or delivery choice, delivery address, driver notes and tip you enter, and the order number and tracking link.
• Your balance. Deposits, order payments, refunds, credits and your current balance.
• Deposits. The amount, payment method (such as Venmo or PayPal) and the payment code you include. To confirm a deposit we read the payment receipt sent to our business email, which can include the sender's name and the amount.
• Technical data. A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, IP addresses, visit times, request counts and page paths used to keep the service secure and working. For signed-in visitors we associate this activity with their website account. These security logs do not store passwords, cookies, sign-in codes, query strings, payment details or request bodies.
• Access restrictions. Records of website bans, reasons, and account links used for moderation. Verified Google and Discord connections are recognized together; the owner can also group confirmed related accounts for an optional linked-account ban. A shared IP address alone does not link accounts or merge balances.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your balance, orders and deposits together.
• To place your food order and show you its status and tracking.
• To confirm deposits, prevent fraud and fix problems with orders or payments.
• To contact you about your orders or account.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Restaurants and delivery partners. To fulfil your order we pass the order details, your name or order name and, for delivery, your address and driver notes to the restaurant and delivery service, including Wonder.
• Nearby Chipotle locations. Opening the nearby pickup search sends your search address to Chipotle’s public location directory provider, Yext, to find branch addresses and distances. Wonder checks pickup availability at the branch you select.
• Service providers that host and run PK Eats (such as our hosting and database providers), only as needed to operate the service.
• When required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our customers and PK Eats.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make sign-in and cart building work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, balance history and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for payment records, refunds and disputes. Sign-in sessions expire after 14 days. IP activity is retained for 30 days by default; the operator can configure a shorter or longer security retention period of 1–365 days. Ban and moderation audit records are retained separately for access control and review.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information by contacting us. If you have a remaining balance, we'll work with you on it before closing your account.

Children

PK Eats isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know on the website.
